Question: I am not receiving email from the RPA. Why is this?

Answer: Return to your MY ACCOUNT to check the archives and get caught up OR go to the subscription page and re-enter your email address.

Question: My email address has changed. Now what?

Answer: If you change email addresses, change you address on your MY ACCOUNT as well a your email subscriptions. Click "SUBSCRIBER DETAILS" at the bottom of any of our emails to change your information for ALL the lists you are subscribed to.
